The Fitness Test that we administer is a sub maximal bike test.
This will help us give you the best program for your individual
goals. Body compositioning is done using a bioelectrical impedance
test. This is a simple test procedure that only takes 5 minutes.
It will inform you of your actual body fat percentage. This is a
great tool to get baseline information to help track your progress.
