Cleveland
Fitness offers state-of-the-art exercise facilities including:
- Weight
room - includes free weights as well as the latest equipment
to offer a tailored workout whatever the individuals goals and
skill level.
- Childcare
- during certain hours Cleveland Fitness offers child care
and a children's play area.
- Ladies
only area - is provided for female members.
- Cardiovascular
room - a seperate space is dedicated to cardio vascular exercise
with Life Cycles, treadmills, and other machines designed for
an optimum cardio workout. The area also includes a Cardio Theater
for members to view while exercising.
- Aerobic
and exercise room - this area is designed for members to use
for aerobic activity and offers a wide open space for a number
of activities.
- Tanning
Room - is available for an extra charge for members interested
in this service.
